By initiating a transaction on our storefront, you agree to the operational parameters outlined below.
1. Damage, Defects, and Fulfillment Errors
Your asset delivery is fully protected. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item or size due to a fulfillment anomaly, we will rectify it immediately at zero cost to you.
The Window: You must report any manufacturing defects or shipping damages within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
The Process: Please email a clear photo of the damaged item, along with your order number, to our support desk.
The Resolution: Upon verification, we will instantly expedite a brand-new replacement piece to your address.
2. Size Exchanges & Change of Mind
Because every item is custom-printed on-demand to maintain sustainable, low-waste production, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
We provide highly detailed, accurate sizing charts on every product page (including our vintage crewnecks and performance tops). Please review these metrics carefully before finalizing your handshake at checkout.
3. High-Value & Limited-Edition Allocations
For our premium design tiers—including the Legacy Assets Only edition and custom corporate visual blocks:
All sales are final once production has been initiated.
These high-ticket items are backed by our dedicated internal liquidity reserve, meaning any rare logistical or structural error on our end will be resolved with absolute priority via a premium replacement protocol.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Every shipment is linked to an automated tracking pipeline handled by our fulfillment partners. BTL RECORDS GLOBAL is not responsible for packages securely marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen from the destination. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and monitored.
5. How to Initiate a Claim
For valid replacement claims regarding damaged or incorrect items, please contact our administrative desk directly. Do not attempt to ship items back to the manufacturing warehouse address printed on your package layout without explicit authorization from our team.
