​Because BTL RECORDS GLOBAL operates on a premium, limited-tier deployment model, our products are engineered and custom-manufactured on-demand at the moment of your purchase.

​Standard Apparel Items (such as our T-shirts and Crewnecks) typically undergo a production phase of 2 to 7 business days before dispatching from our fulfillment nodes.

​Premium High-Ticket Allocations and limited-run design collections may undergo extended precision quality control checks prior to entering the courier pipeline.

​Production timeframes are separate from transit shipping times and may fluctuate slightly during periods of high-volume seasonal catalog drops.

​2. International Logistics & Shipping Zones

​We service an international collective, routing shipments both locally within South Africa and globally across major international territories, including the United States, United Kingdom, and the European Union.

​All shipping tariffs and options are calculated dynamically and displayed transparently at checkout based on your destination zone.

​We utilize a network of elite global logistics hubs and courier partners to ensure secure, tracked transit directly to your door.

​3. Automated Tracking Protocol

​The moment your order is packed and handed over to our international carrier networks, our system initiates an automated tracking handshake.

​A shipping confirmation containing your unique tracking number and direct lookup link will be transmitted to the email address provided at checkout.

​Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier portal once the initial manifest is scanned.

​4. Customs, Import Duties, and Cross-Border Taxes

​As a global merchant, BTL RECORDS GLOBAL coordinates fulfillment across multiple international borders.

​Shipments destined outside of our primary production hubs may be subject to local import duties, customs tariffs, customs clearance fees, and destination VAT/taxes imposed by the receiving country.

​All external regulatory charges applied during transit or upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer. BTL RECORDS GLOBAL maintains zero control over localized customs processing speeds or regional import assessments.

​5. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

​While we partner exclusively with verified logistics networks to guarantee rapid transit, all listed delivery windows are estimates provided by the carriers. BTL RECORDS GLOBAL is not legally or financially liable for structural carrier delays resulting from:

​Local customs inspection protocols or documentation backlogs.

​Severe weather anomalies, regional transport strikes, or unforeseen global supply chain infrastructure disruptions.

​6. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Shipments

​Every shipment is linked to a transparent tracking pipeline handled by our fulfillment partners.

​Stolen or Misplaced Packages: BTL RECORDS GLOBAL is not responsible for packages that are securely marked as "Delivered" by the courier but are subsequently lost or stolen from the destination premises. Please ensure your delivery address is highly secure.

​Incorrect Address Submissions: It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all shipping details are input correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incomplete, incorrect, or uncollected address routing, the customer will be responsible for the secondary shipping fees required to re-route the asset.
